Our outpatient clinics and pharmacy are open Monday to Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Emergency care and specialized triage services are accessible during designated operational hours.
Walk-in patients are welcome for general outpatient services. However, to minimize wait times or to see specific clinic specialists (e.g., Sickle Cell or Cardiology clinics), we highly recommend booking an appointment in advance.
First-time visitors should present:
- A valid National ID card, Passport, or Alien Card.
- Birth Certificate (for pediatric registration).
- Any previous medical records or transfer letters.
We accept M-Pesa mobile payments, cash, and major debit/credit cards. All billing is processed transparently at our primary cash offices prior to medication issue or specialized procedure execution.

Yes, our pharmacy dispenses medications for valid, official prescriptions written by registered medical practitioners from external hospitals, subject to stock verification and safety checks.
Yes, we provide comprehensive Antenatal Care (ANC) and Postnatal Care (PNC) services, including ultrasound screenings, routine check-ups, infant immunizations, and nutrition guidance for mothers.
Yes, patients are entitled to request copies of their medical notes, lab results, and diagnostic summaries. Requests must be submitted formally to our Health Information Desk with a valid national ID.
